What is the lead time for custom wallpaper orders?
Since our wallpapers are printed to order to ensure color consistency, please allow 7-10 business days for production before your order ships.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full roll?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a 12" x 12" sample to see the texture and colors in your home's unique lighting before placing a final order.
What is your return policy on home decor items?
Unopened wallpaper rolls and unused home accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized murals are final sale.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. Painted Paper uses FSC-certified paper and non-toxic, water-based inks that are safe for nurseries and eco-conscious homes.
How do I calculate how many rolls I need for my room?
You can use our online calculator on each product page. Simply enter your wall height and width, and we will automatically include a 10% buffer for trimming.
Is your wallpaper peel-and-stick or traditional paste-the-wall?
We offer both! You can select our 'Pro-Paste' non-woven paper for a permanent finish or our 'Easy-Peel' vinyl for a renter-friendly, removable option.
